Sprinkler Systems are vulnerable in the winter months to cracks and breaks!
Breaks are not always obvious until your water bill arrives with a shocking amount due. Repairs after a break can be time-consuming to find, and expensive to afford.Prevent the headache and expense!
When you sign up for our Winterization program we will turn off the valve that allows water to enter the system, open all the drain valves (where water tends to collect), using compressed air, blow the water out of the entire system to guarantee against freeze damage. Should freeze damage occur, it will be repaired by us at no additional cost to you. We are not done yet!
We return in the spring to turn the water source back on, inspect each zone for leaks and proper functioning, clean around the lawn heads, and test the system to assure that your heads are adjusted for proper water coverage. We will supply you with a report that lets you know if there are any repairs that need to be made to your system. Your phone call into us gets those repairs booked into our schedule!
We are still not done!
Your water bureau requires that backflow devices, like those found in your system, be tested once a year by a licensed tester. While we are re-activating your system in the spring, we perform the required backflow test and submit your report to your water bureau.
And the price is right!
For a system of up to 4 zones and 1 Backflow device, the cost is just $168.00 For each additional zone the cost is $8.00. For those with additional backflow devices we charge an additional $37.50 each. To simply have the Water Bureau-required Backflow Test, it is $50.00. Standard irrigation repair is performed at a rate of $75.00 for the first half hour plus parts and $65.00 per hour plus parts after that.
