Saturday, September 13th 10:00 AM - From the Garden to the Grill. (free)
 How to use herbs and flowers in cooking! We’ll have recipes for using your garden edible plants. 12:00 PM – Drake’s Sprouts Gardening Fun for Kids. (free) Peanut butter pinecone bird treats brought back by popular demand. (The birds requested it)! Kids will have fun making this special treat for our feathered friends. 2:00 PM - Bonsai Care (free) After you’ve brought that beautiful bonsai home, what’s next? Prepare your bonsai for the fall and winter season. Jonah will share tips, suggestions and answer your questions about bonsai care.
Sunday, September 14th 11:00 AM - Pansy & Succulent Wreath Making. Free demonstration. (This event is offered September 21st too). See a beautiful living wreath created before your eyes! Fun containers, bulb planting tips and KaBloom! A spectacular spring surprise. Learn tricks to maximize the blooms of bulbs in containers. After the demonstration, materials and a variety of bulbs will be available as well as our knowledgeable staff for you to make your own at home.Saturday, September 20th 9:00 AM - Decorate Your Door.
Autumn fun for your doors using plants, including herbs from your own garden for a beautiful autumn door display. Weaving, drying, hanging, and arranging, are among the many tips that Cody will demonstrate at this popular class.
10:00 AM - Plants to Munch On. Edible plants in your landscape are not just berries and fruit trees. A fun and informative class about edible plants. 11:00 AM - Mallory Gwynn Hour. Meet gardening expert Mallory Gwynn, who’ve you probably heard from his show, Simply Gardening with Mallory. Noon to 2:00 PM - Celebrity Cook Off. Local celebrities race each other in a cook off. Join Anne Jaegar, Mallory Gwynn, Mayor Shane Bernis, Police Chief Carla Piluso, Outlook Editor Mark Garber and others as they tempt us with their cooking expertise.
